I took this polaroid of Stella and my dog Mr. Pig when she came
to meet Isabella, who was styling her British Vogue “London Babes”
shoot with Steven Meisel the next day.
The Duchess of Devonshire, Stella’s grandmother and one of my long standing customers, was always so happy with her success and would always say to me when Stella’s name came up in conversation “and she’s so good at lambing”
At the shoot the next day, Steven Meisel liked Stella a LOT! And catapulted her to stardom starring in a Versace campaign with Linda Evangelista shot by Steven Meisel the following WEEK.
