It rained
That, was all it was.
My first Sunday in a long time by myself, without anyone to see or any promises to keep.
I go around my yard and rooms, greeting all of the plants.
I'm not meeting anyone, but I tie my hair up, curl my eyelashes, and go for a walk.
I like walking.
I walk without a destination. There are many Jizo Buddhist statues in Nara. I put my hands together at each one and say hello. I find spring on a never-changing alley.
I take in the Hiroshige exhibition at the Nara Pref. Museum of Art....Hiroshige, who lost his parents at age 12.
Oh, wow, being able to draw a person'sn movement, scenery, and things in that moment in such a way, what an incredible memory!
A discovery!
Aaa, this imagination, déformer, and gradation, when a person's memory is conveyed, they become this rich.
Rain,
coming down, and I don't have an umbrella, so I stay in the museum for a while.
I buy a postcard, and write a letter that I won't send. A letter that won't be seen by anyone. Ever.
But, I'm right here.
So, I'll eagerly wait for spring.
