Patented in 1933, the Mystery Set technique is an unique Van Cleef & Arpels' savoir-faire. One by one, the precious stones are shaped, slided on rails and assembled until the metal setting disappears completely, as if the gems were floating in the air. This complex technique requires thoroughness and expertise but gives birth to unparalleled creations.
