完璧じゃなきゃいけないと言う考えがどこかでもの凄く自分の邪魔をしてた。
失敗する事に恐れて動けなくなることも多かったな〜。
この最近、その考えを手放そうと言う意識をするようになってきてから、
とりあえずやってみようと言う考えに切り替えられるようになってきたかもしれない。
結果自分がいいと思う物ができなかったとしても、新しい発見があったり、チャレンジすると言うドキドキ感を味わえたなら、無駄ではないような気がする。
どうせ完璧なんか絶対ないんだから
失敗しまくってでも、やらないよりはやってみた方が良いよね？もっと気楽に、遊び心を忘れずに🖤

I found that the thought that things need to be ‘perfect’ was crippling me.
It was turning into fear and stopping me from challenging myself all together.

I’m learning to let go of that, and just going for it without thinking so much.
I found that not much good actually comes from thinking or believing your negative thoughts at all.

When I start thinking ‘I can’t do that, or I wouldn’t be able to do that very well so...’ I’ll question it and see if that’s true. I find most of that time that it’s not, and think “why the hell not?” Yes it may not be great the first time but nothing is great the first time and it will never get to ‘great’ if you don’t do it that ‘first time’
Right??
