次から次にくるようになってしまったね。

つい下を向いてしまう
世の中のネガティブパワーに
流れに身を任せると
最初は楽かもしれないけど
悔しいし、苦しみはいつか実感する。

私は考え込みすぎるタイプで
悪いことも妄想しちゃうし
それでナーバスにもなっちゃうし

そんな時は大好きなものに触れて
気持ちをポジティブに変換したい。

大好きな自然に触れたり
無理だったら写真を見返したり

と言いつつも変換できずに
ナーバスなモードに入ることも
多いけど、笑笑
少しずつその機会も無くしていけたら
いいなって思ってます♡♡
