1/23(SAT)よりPUMA SUEDE VTG MIJ SILVERが登場。
"1968年に原型となるCRACKというスウェード製トレーニングシューズが登場して以後、50年以上の長きにわたって様々なシーンで愛され続けてきたPUMA SUEDE。PUMA SUEDEが現在の形となったのは1979年以後、PUMAの看板プレーヤーで、PUMA CLYDEの着用シグニチャープレーヤーであったウォルト・フレイジャーがPUMAとの契約を離れたところからスタートしています。当時、PUMA SUEDEはPUMA CLYDEの“CLYDE”というプリントを外し展開がスタートした為品名設定もされておらず、単に品番の“90681”というモデル名でカタログ掲載がされていました。その後、“PUMAのSUEDEのシューズ”という呼ばれ方が定着し、その後“PUMA SUEDE”と品名が登録されたのは、1990年代以後となる、という歴史が存在しています。当モデルはそんなPUMA SUEDEの中でも、Vintage市場で人気の高いシルバーラインのフォームストリップカラーを採用しています。
日本における皮革工業のメッカである、姫路のレザーの最高な質感と、日本の靴職人の手作業を多く織り交ぜたこのモデルはただのヴィンテージシューズの復刻では留まらず、新たな価値観を持ったシューズに仕上がっています。
