What is important things for working overseas?

There are three important things.

performance,attitude,understanding diversity

let me talk about performance first.

I think good performance as defender it's important to keep clean sheet during games.
also require to good communication with other players.
by doing so, we can know each others strength,feature,including personality.
that is the conect to good performance.

second of all,
the professional football player have obligation to best performance evey single days.
there is no special magic
just do the small own routine.
as professional player I want to make each day count.

lastly,
important to learn it's country language also understanding culture, values, custom, including thinking way.
however most important things are respect country and people.
