He was due for his nap at 11.30am, but I really wanted to do my hill workout 🤔. I also don’t like to disturb his daytime nap routine cause it throws his nighttime sleep off. So I strapped him to my back like a koala and did my 45 min routine up and down the hill while he slept the WHOLE time. When I got home I transferred him straight into his crib and he didn’t wake up till 2.30pm 🥰 — what a little nap trooper!
*Note strapping baby to back without help takes a few tries 🤣 and adds 12kgs/ 26lbs to the workout 💪🏽
