A very Sedona Christmas! Knowing we couldn’t see family & have a normal holiday, I decided to plan an adventure to somewhere new!

We ended up staying off the grid in the forest with no WiFi, cell service or TV. It made me realize how much of my day is sucked into the vortex of my phone, aimlessly consuming but giving little back.

I used to live a more creative life with my phone and on social media. But I got caught up with what people wanted to see from me and if what I posted would ‘perform’... and it lost all its magic. So I kinda just stopped posting and creating altogether. But I’m making a commitment to let this be a creative outlet again for myself.

Net net- I’m looking forward to consuming less and creating more in 2021 on my phone and off.
