先日行われた、グルメイベント「和色 The Sensation」の様子をご紹介いたします。「現代の名工」受賞パティシエの内藤武志と、当ホテルの料理長 高橋賢がコラボレーションし、七つの色で表現した"見えないWASHOKU"と上質なパンを併せた新感覚のKAISEKIを披露いたしました。

【Sensational Food Experience】

We would like to introduce the gourmet event "Washoku The Sensation" that was held this month. The event was a collaboration between Takeshi Naito, the award-winning pastry chef and Ken Takahashi, the hotel's head chef. The presentation of a new type of KAISEKI that combines the seven colors of "invisible WASHOKU" with high quality bread.
