@hypebeastkicks: @converse is bringing the ever-classic "Raygun" flare to the Chuck 70 Hi and Pro Leather. The initiative is a nod to the Boston-based brand’s storied roots within the world of basketball and aims to portray the home and away uniforms of Dr. Funk’s hoops squad from 1975. Starting off with the Chuck 70 offering, the high-cut iteration makes use of its customary canvas uppers that are dunked in bright white — a salute to the home threads while the Pro Leather translates the fictional team’s away uniforms by wrapping its base layer leathers in solid black and boasts splashes of yellow notes to the chevron with the alien logo along the heel. Both pairs release on January 15.⁠⠀
