A passion project dating back to my early teens, building snowboards in my parents garage off of Mountain Ave, starring up at Mt. Baldy with @618paul, excited to stand sideways sliding down the snow. They are a reflection of my adult life spent designing and building boards, chasing the passions of riding surf and snow. ALL @libtechnologies boards ( surf and snow) are built in the USA 🇺🇸, adhering to the founders strict resolution to keeping the cleanest, least harmful, least polluting and re-cycle able construction and materials. Im fortunate to be able to design the outlines, cambers and general specs in @akushaper, then trust in master designer @cbbltrmgtrnz to fine tune my rudimentary renderings into works of art. This years graphics are collaborative with a couple long time cohorts of mine, French alternative surfboard wizard @fantasticacid and my favorite all time graphic artist, @jimzapala...wrapped up with technical expertise of @awall77 . Tested and developed with open ears to many great snow riders from Mammoth ( like @tubbsie167 and @sierratim @wave_rave ) to some of the PNWs finest. All our boards feature a traditional, but shorter, camber bottom, with elongated, relaxed rockers in the nose and tail (for forgiveness) each uniquely positioned to balance with the outline of the particular model.
