Ueda Roman Bridge
(Ueda City)

The Ueda Roman Bridge spans a section of the Joshin’etsu Expressway and is known for its beautiful arches that are reminiscent of ancient Roman aqueducts.

It one of the longest viaducts in Japan at a length of 714.5 meters.

Standing at certain points near the bridge, you can hear the sound of flowing water, a mysterious phenomenon that attracts curious travelers.
