1)Hilton created their CleanStay program which builds on their already rigorous cleaning standards to provide complete peace of mind when you stay at any of Hilton’s 18 brands.

2)In accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines, they are requiring face coverings in all indoor public areas of all hotels throughout the U.S., the Caribbean and Latin America, for guests and Team Members.

3)Changes to hotel dining - include contactless delivery by providing designated pick-up spots, spacing tables and chairs to promote social distancing, and Grab & Go, pre-plated and individually portioned options as alternatives to open breakfast and buffet service.

4)Guests will find disinfecting stations with wipes and hand sanitizer available throughout their properties

5) Team members have received an extensive orientation on new procedures and protocols. Team members are required to perform self-screenings at home and a contactless temperature check at the Team Member entrance before beginning work. During their shifts, Team Members are encouraged to wash hands/disinfect frequently, maintain physical distancing, and limit in-person interactions.
