Has lockdown changed the way photographers take portraits forever? Possibly. Is it such a bad thing? Definitely not. Meet 25-year-old photographer @sascha_von_bismarck, who makes his debut for LOVE in this series of images. “I’m not sure when the first time I ever picked up a camera was,” he says. “But I do remember the first time I became more interested in taking photos. It was during a school class when we all had to build ourselves a makeshift, very basic pinhole camera out of cardboard and tape. I remember mine looking distinctly flimsy and crap, so I was pretty unconvinced by the whole thing until I put the camera down on the pavement and took a self-portrait.”
