Today, I am supporting the @noahsarkhospice #MomentsThatMatter campaign, helping seriously ill children. 

Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice helps seriously unwell children and their families make the most of the precious moments they have together. The majority of babies and children who the charity supports are unlikely to reach their 18th birthday.

For these unwell children, life is not measured by time but by moments and this has been the impetus behind the ‘Moments that Matter’ campaign, which aims to raise £1.2 million in 36 hours over the 22nd and 23rd November.  These much-needed funds will pay for the charity’s nurses and carers for an entire year, providing the clinical, practical and emotional support for families wherever they need it: in their homes or at The Ark, the state-of-the-art children’s hospice building in Barnet.
