Check your friends’ figure-eights and their voting plans. Here’s ours… With the help of two nonpartisan organizations, @voteamerica_ and the Civic Alliance, we’re encouraging our colleagues to lend their support heading into the election. VoteAmerica outlines four critical steps that have helped us double-check registration status, request an absentee or mail-in ballot, sign up for an election reminder, and find polling places and ballot drop boxes. Mountain Hardwear staff also can use their paid volunteer hours to participate in @powerthepolls and at-home opportunities like the Election Protection Hotline, voter outreach and education via phone, text and letter writing.
