私には愛される価値がある。

こう思うことって大事なんですよね。
そうじゃないと違うもの寄せ付けたり。
みんなに同じで、私は愛される価値がある。そう信じて思うことは価値があると私はおもいます。

とこの写真を見て昔の自分が感じたメッセージを思い出しました。

It's important to think to yourself, "I am worthy of being loved," isn't it?
If you don't think that way, you'll attract other things to you.
I think this is the same for everyone.
"I am worthy to be loved".

I think there is value in believing that.
