I started my journey into the mountains at the age of 24 and then began to climb when I was 26. That’s when I learned to push myself and to feel accomplished. It was an incredible feeling to realize that I am strong as hell. I then began to realize a passion of mine...I like to empower women, a lot! I love sharing workout and tips on how to get strong, do more pull ups, one arm locks offs, you name it. I’m asked quite often to coach individuals to find their own strength. But my real pleasure has been taking new climbers outside (especially women) and teaching them how to climb.
