In the second semester, we are going to unveil tips on comprehensive beauty, combining makeup with fashion and hairstyles.

ーTeacher Introductionー
Season 2 of LUNASOL MAKEUP COLLEGE will introduce three teachers who have been involved in creating LUNASOL’s key visuals.

◇Ms. Rika Matsui(@rikamatsui26 )
Based in New York from 2000, she worked as a makeup artist in Milan and Paris, before returning to Japan in 2006. Apart from showing her high-end work in fashion magazines in Japan and abroad, she has presented her work in beauty magazines. She also works as a cosmetic advisor and consultant. Furthermore, she is in charge of makeup for celebrities from overseas.

◇Ms. Ako Tanaka(@田中杏子 )
Having studied fashion in Milan, she worked in magazines and advertising under leading fashion editors. Since returning to Japan, she has been working as a freelance stylist. She has worked as a contract stylist for Ryuko Tsushin and ELLE JAPON and as a member of the editing team for VOGUE NIPPON. Since November 2005, she has been editor-in-chief of the magazine Numéro TOKYO.

◇Mr. KENSHIN(@kenshinasano )
While based in NY from 1999, he worked on projects such as fashion editorials and advertising for the likes of VOGUE magazine. With a background in a broad knowledge of art, literature, and history, he has a reputation for creating fresh, impressive hairstyles that blend into the images. He receives frequent offers from top photographers and celebrities. Having moved his base to Tokyo in 2018, he is highly active traveling to NY and Europe for fashion editorials, runways, and advertising photoshoots.
