Did you know a coconut has 4 parts? There's the outer husk, the green outside layer, which protects it when it falls down from a tree (ouch). There's the inner shell or hairy, fibrous part that you can see in this picture. And then there's the coconut meat, the white flesh found inside which can be used to make coconut oil, coconutmilk, and our Pressed flavor. And of course, tucked carefully inside, the coconut water. So basically, what we're saying is cracking one of these guys open is no small feat, which is why our farmers use the tool seen here. Otherwise, the coconut really makes you work for it.
