🏊‍♀️ A huge plus to being back in Toronto is being able to swim in my mom’s backyard pool WITHOUT covering my tattoos!!! I really love swimming. If you’ve got #hEDS it helps you to feel a kindof gravity-free weightlessness...while still getting your heart pumping and muscles exercising. That creates a small blissful window of pain-free movement! It gives your brain a much needed rest 😓 plus you can look like a vintage egg with a delightful swim cap on 🥚
