Getting back into a bikini and swim 4 months after having the baby was the most nerve wracking and liberating experience. As women our bodies change shapes and sizes thought having babies and you really have to relearn yourself and your body! I never have had so much love and respect for my body, stretch-marks, loose skin and extra pounds. I could have sat out a year and came back looking better than before but that’s not my journey or what I’m about. I knew coming in this year looking different people could have something to say but I’m proud of my new body and the feeling I get looking at my son grow everyday Is the best one in the world! I came back to share with other women who are struggling with their body image to help with their confidence because being healthy is more important than how you look.
