Our staff photographer @meerafox shot this series during a natural disaster when many friends/evacuees were taking refuge at her house, as it was the last spot in town safe from massive wildfires. “It kept us calm and entertained and working together to have fun and try to relax in the midst of a crisis” she recalls. “We had to shoot each look fast and take lots of indoor breaks since the air quality outside was not good.
