Exercises:
• Side leans 5 per side (x2)
• Side to side chops 5 per side (x2)
• Knee to forearm crunches 10
• Russian twists 5 per side (x2)
• Heel taps 5 per side (x2)
• Froggy crunches (x10)
Top tip from @alihemsley ~ “Remember not to pull your head up when doing crunches, just place your fingers gently on your temples!”
