みんな素直で
カワイイです

カワイイからこそ
甘やかしません

ベテランだろうが
新人だろうが関係ない

お金をもらう以上は
プロとして扱い
結果を要求します

結果を出せないなら
辞めてもらいます
誰も得しません

教えてもらえない？
その時点でプロ失格です

なぜ
売り上げがない人に
給料を払えるのか

それは
戦力になる事を
信じているからです
（あと好きです）

信じれない
売り上げもない
好きでもない

そんな人に
お金払えますか？

その事だけは

忘れないで欲しい

All of our newcomers are honest and I like them.
I don't spoil them because I like them.
It doesn't matter if you're a veteran or a newcomer.
We treat them as professional because we get money from customers and request them the result.
If they can't produce results, I will ask them to quit.
No one gets profit.
You didn't teach me?
At that point you are disqualified already.
Is it possible to pay salaries to people who are not selling at all?
I believe that they will be a force for company someday.
(and I like them)
Can you pay for someone you can't trust, sell, or even like?
I want them to remember all that.
