Please find below the steps and procedures we have put in place to ensure our stores are as clean and safe as possible: 1. Social Distancing - Floor markers in our stores will show the 2 metre distance that needs to be maintained. There will be a maximum occupancy in the store at any one time. 2. Hand Sanitisers - will be available to use at the entrance of the store and at the till point. We request that all customers use the hand sanitisers provided on entry to the store. 3. Face Coverings - Will be worn by members of staff throughout the store, unless behind sneeze guards. 4. Trying things on and restocking - Every garment will be steamed by a member of staff after a customer has tried it on and replace back on the rail.
