Colorful Soles, Reebok LGBTQ+ Employee Community, was scheduled to light up our Boston HQ sign with the 11 colors of the “Progress” Pride Flag on June 1st to celebrate the start of Pride Month. Due to the historical and overdue Black Lives Matter reckoning that is awakening the world, Colorful Soles decided in unity to postpone this moment to focus the conversation on BLM. Last night, they lit up our sign with the colors of the Pan-African flag as a sign of solidarity with our Black community.
The above is a captured moment from last night as well as a message from Colorful Soles that as a whole Reebok community, we felt compelled to share with everyone. Together we will be better. Do better. Demand better.
