■6月1日(月)以降の営業について（Announcement on Hakuba Iwatake Green Season operations after June 1st: English Follows）
5月16日(土)より長野県内にお住まいの方を対象とした週末限定営業を行っておりましたが、５月25日に新型コロナウイルスに関する緊急事態宣言が全面的に解除されたことを踏まえ、6月1日(月)より地域を限定せず、平日も含めた一般営業を開始いたします。
また、これまで実施してきていた時間当たりの人数制限についても、
人が密集しやすい絶景テラス＆カフェ「HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR」に入場される人数を一定数以下に制限する形に変更し、事前予約についても不要とさせていただきます。なお、これまでご予約いただいた方についてはそのままご来場いただけます。
白馬岩岳MTBパークについても上記同様地域限定はなくなりますが、
当面の間は週末のみの営業とさせていただきますのでご了承ください。

なお、地域社会の安全と共にお客様と従業員の健康を守るため、
以下の感染症予防対応をしっかりと徹底し、安心して白馬の大自然をお楽しみいただけるようにいたします。ご来場いただくお客様にご協力をお願いする点もございますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort will expand its Green Season operation from June 1st (Mon),
with our continued highest cautions for preventing Corona Virus infections.

Detail operation from June 1st (Mon) is as follows:
・We lift our existing restrictions that we will open only for customers living in Nagano, and welcome customers from all over Japan
・We will start weekday operation (except for MTB park, which opens only in the weekend for the time being)
・We will limit the number of customers on the Hakuba Mountain Harbor at 70 people at a time, and may ask customers to give up seats after staying 30-40min on the Hakuba Mountain Harbor to avoid congestion
・We will not ask you to pre-book by any more
・We ask all customers to fill up application form , to wear face mask, and to use hand sanitizer before riding our gondola lift
・Restaurant in operation is HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR (THE CITY BAKERY). Sandwiches are to be sold from 10:30am. We do not open Skyark restaurant for the time being
