Summer Shirt - Floral Mamories

This is a symbolic style of this collection. The large floral pattern is hand-drawn by Masako Noguchi. The print itself is also hand-printed by craftsmen using silk screen. The colours are inspired by designer’s childhood memories in 70’s. In order to obtain the faded effect, the fabric is dyed first then discharged and printed after.

70sの色褪せた花柄。デザイナー野口の遠い記憶のなかにあるそのイメージを具現化。まず生地を染め、さらに抜染とシルクスクリーンプリントを職人が手作業で行った。野口のシグネチャーであるハンドドローイングによる大胆なパターン。
