エアアジアさんのインスタグラム写真 - (エアアジアInstagram)「#HumansOfAirAsia “I found out about volunteering for Customer Happiness through Workplace when a colleague posted about it. Even before full hibernation began, I felt that my roster was going to be light, so I volunteered, because in troubled times, we stand together. One of the things that struck me most about AirAsia was how the company does a great job about communicating with all the staff. It felt like a call to arms, and it was one that I was happy to answer. AirAsia is not just a company, it’s a family, and it’s given me so much that I felt that I needed to give back. This is a chance for me to do more than what I was privileged enough to be paid to do. I have been with AirAsia for 8 years now, and AirAsia is the first airline I’ve worked for. I remembered the first days in LCCT, followed by training at the Academy (now CAE). I was struck by how open and friendly people were. The trainers, cabin crew and pilots would say hello to everyone including the cleaning staff. How you treat people at the very bottom of the hierarchy says so much about what kind of company this is. I believed then I would be an Allstar for life in those first few days at the Academy. My thoughts and feelings on this still have not changed after 8 and a half years of service.” - Captain Eugene, Flight Ops (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) #InThisTogether」5月7日 18時00分 - airasiasuperapp
