I wanted to share one of my go-to recipes the past few weeks - Overnight Oats or “Bircher Muesli”. The recipe for one serving is as follows, and watch me to see how it’s made 😊
30g organic rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
120 ml Almond Milk
1/4 banana mashed
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp natural or coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
*I also add @atp_labs whey protein
Leave overnight in the refrigerator and enjoy the next morning 👍
