I’ve been wanting to make a song with the inspiration that I got from UNHCR @refugees logo ever since the first time I visited the refugee camps in Lebanon. To connect and shelter people. That’s what all the UNHCR staff have been doing in the field and that’s the role of the music we musicians make as well. I still clearly remember the scenery when I played this song with the children for the first time in the camp in Kenya. Let’s get connected. (But don’t forget to wash your hands!) 国連難民高等弁務官事務所の親善大使として、はじめてレバノンの難民キャンプに訪れてからずっと作りたかった楽曲。UNHCR のロゴにインスパイアされて作りました。人と人を、つなぐ。UNHCRスタッフの皆さんが難民支援の現場で日夜やってることでもあり、僕たちの作る音楽の役割でもあります。昨年のケニア訪問の時にはじめて演奏したときの、子供たちとこの曲を歌ったときの光景は今でも鮮明に覚えています。今だからこそ、つながろう！(手洗いは忘れずに！)
