As a kid I used to sand, router and drill individual pieces for the chairs, but this was my first time building one start to finish. I disassembled one of my dad’s old decaying chairs (built by my older brother), made templates from it, and built the new chair from rough cut cedar lumber. I know humanity is going through a lot right now and I feel for all those who have been affected by Covid-19. On the bright side, It’s nice slowing down and taking time to work with my hands and be creative. I’ve also been enjoying a break from social media but I am going to make an effort to share some of the things we are working on during these quiet times.」4月20日 6時53分
