【Materials】※1sheet
・Double gauze 45㎝×20㎝×1
・Rubber cord for mask　35㎝×2

【Tool】
・Scissors
・Hand sewing thread and needle for hand sewing（or sewing machine)
・ruler
・Tailor's chalk pen(or Pencil)
・Iron

【Advance preparation】
・Hand-wash the cloth and dry it before use.
・When the cloth is dry, iron it and cut it according to the material list.

【How to make】
[1]Cut the Doublegauze.(W:about 45㎝ Ｄ:about 20㎝)
※Size for children W:about 36㎝ D:about17㎝
[2]Fold it up and down toward the center.
[3]Turn over and iron.
[4]Fold it in three and fold the ends inward.
[5]Open a gap to pass the string and sew both ends together.（Finished size　W:about 14.5㎝ D:about 10㎝）
※Size for children W:12㎝ D:8.5㎝
[6]Thread 35 cm of rubber on both ends and adjust the length to tie it.
It is completed by hiding the knot in the seam of the mask ♪

【材料】
１枚分
・Ｗガーゼ 　45×20㎝…1枚　
・マスクゴム 35㎝…2本

【準備する道具】
・はさみ
・手縫い用糸＆針 またはミシン
・定規
・チャコペン（鉛筆などでも可）
・アイロン

【下準備】
・布は一度手洗いし、乾かして使用します。
・布が乾いたらアイロンを掛け、材料表通りにカットしておきます。

【作り方】
[1]Ｗガーゼをカットします。（縦約20ｃｍ×横約45ｃｍ）
※お子様用は縦約17ｃｍ×横約36ｃｍにカットします。
[2]中心に向かって上下から2つ折りにします。
[3]裏返してアイロンを掛けます。
[4]折った面に戻し、左→右　の順番で三つ折りにします。
上になった面の端がほつれないように少し内側に折り込みます。
[5]両端を紐を通す隙間を開けて縫い合わせます。（完成サイズ　縦約10ｃｍ×横約14.5ｃｍ）
※お子様用完成サイズは縦約8.5ｃｍ×横約12ｃｍです。
[6]ゴム35ｃｍを両端に通し、長さを調節して結びます。
結び目をマスクの縫い目に隠して完成です♪
