武蔵野美術大学空間演出デザイン学科の名物教授であった我らが小竹信節先生が、昨年の夏、退任記念公演 として伝説の舞台 “ 奴婢訓 ”を武蔵美の美術館で開催しました。勿論 僕もみせて頂いたのですが、大学にいる事をすっかり忘れ、独特でヤバイ世界に引きずりこまれました。舞台美術はまさに小竹ワールド炸裂でした！
その退任記念公演のドキュメントブック( なんとDVD付き！！！)が小竹先生から届きました！小竹先生ありがとうございます。 ※ 小竹信節さんは、寺山修司主宰の劇団「演劇実験室／天井棧敷」における後期寺山作品すべての舞台美術を担当。 奴婢訓は、1978年アムステルダムでの初演以来、世界主要都市で上演されてきた。

Mr. Nobutaka Kotake, our great professor at Musashino University’s Department of Scenography, Space and Fashion Design, held a legendary performance “Nuhi-Kun” at the university museum last summer as a retirement event. Of course I saw it, and was immediately drawn into its strong and unique world whilst forgetting I was in college. His art world exploded in the stage!
I received a document book (with DVD!!!) of the performance! Thank you, Kotake sensei. *Mr. Nobutaka Kotake was in charge of stage art for all the late works of Shuji Terayama’s “Engeki Jikken-shitsu / Tenjo Sajiki.” Nuhi-Kun had been performed in major cities around the world since its first premier in Amsterdam in 1978.
