I’m extremely honoured to be selected as a 3rd place out of 400 exhibition proposals for apex art international open call 2020-2021! Highly appreciated and will do our best :) ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿
NPO法人 @apexartnyc (ニューヨーク)が毎年、若きキュレーターやアーティストが企画した展覧会をサポートするための公募を行っており、友人達と一緒に応募しました。

世界中から400に及ぶ企画書のうち、私たちの「Ownness」展(仮) が3位になることができました。展覧会は、東アジアにおける女性問題に耳を傾ける内容となっています。これから関係者の方と共に準備を進めて参ります。世界中の応募の中から選んでいただけたことに驚き、まだ実感が湧きません。

不平等な社会、人権問題のほんの一部にフォーカスし、当事者(今回は女性)の生き辛さを少しでも多くの方に知って頂ければと思い企画しました。このようなご時世の中、展覧会開催までどうなるのか手探りではあるのですが、皆様に届けられるように頑張って参ります！
