Throwback to my old workout clip. Are you tried of those “Home Workouts” or need something new? Try this workout.

This workout can be done with just your body weight and it is great for strength & conditioning, mobility, and agility.

You can do this at your home: in your hallway, backyard, driveway or anywhere you like!

I did each exercise 14 meters down and back and with no rest/minimal rest. If you don’t have 14 meters, just do each exercise multiple times.
