大阪の堺市に、世界遺産の百舌鳥古墳群がどんと広がっています。
俯瞰して見なくては全貌がよかわからないくらい大きい！
今後上から見られるような工夫を市が一生懸命考えでもおられるみたいです✨
古墳というと、大きな森みたいなイメージがあるけど、明治以前は石積みが丸見えだったらしいです。植林して今のようになったとか。というお話を聞いたのは、こちらの仁徳天皇陵古墳にて。

それにしても、古墳群がもし空から見れたら、ミャンマーのバガンでみた無数のパゴダや寺院みたく、かなり神秘的に見えるだろうなぁ。
そんな日が来るといいな✨

There are the Mozu Tombs which were designated a Cultural World Heritage Site in Sakai City,Osaka.
These are difficult to fully appreciate unless viewed from a high vantage point.
It seems that Sakai city have thought we become able to overlook from the top in the future. ✨
I heard though we associate ancient tombs with the forest-covered burial mound,before Meiji era,stone bonds were exposed to view. This is the Tomb Of Emperor Nintoku.
If we were to overlook tombs from sky, they would be mysterious atmosphere like innumerable Pagodas and temples in Bagan,Myanmar.
I'm waiting for a day like that. ✨
