突然ですが！私はほんと、天気に精神的にも身体的にも左右されるんですよね…。⠀ ⠀
だから梅雨の時期は本当に辛いです😭⠀ ⠀
頭は痛いし、考え方はいつもよりネガティブ。笑⠀ ⠀
でもだからこそ開き直れるというか、受け止められる！⠀ 「なんで最近こんな体調悪いんだろう?」ってなったら⠀ 「天気が悪いからだ！」って😂⠀ ⠀
きっと私だけじゃないはず🧐⠀ ⠀
ということを言いたかったのです🙆🏻‍♀️笑⠀ ⠀

I know this is out of nowhere but I feel like weather affects me both physically and mentally. I get headaches and sort of depressed when the weather isn’t so nice ://⠀ ⠀
But then at the same time, at least I know WHY I’m not feeling well, especially during rainy season, so I’m not so worried about it haha⠀ ⠀
