家具や空間を作るプロの棚やデスクを見たいと思って、憧れのデザイナーを訪ねた。ミケーレ・デ ・ルッキが「クリエーションの着想源」と語る棚には、ガンジーの彫像をはじめ、気になるものがたくさん。デスクにも木製のタブレットの中に急須や石や筆記具がごちゃっと。何より御大の優しさに感激した。

To see interior craftsmen’s desks and shelves, we visited our admired designers. Michele de Lucchi calls his shelf “the source of his creation”, and on the shelf there were Gandhi statue and many other interesting items. On the desk, inside his wooden tablet we found teapot, rocks and writing utensils. More than anything, we were moved by his kindness.
