Drawing inspiration from the Embrace collection, Vasantha Yogananthan has created unique hand-painted and collage works.
By placing 20SS collection fabrics in the landscape, Vasantha Yogananthan has turned ordinary scenes into a realm of make-believe.
20SSコレクション”Embrace”をインスピレーションソースに、Vasantha Yogananthanは黒河内真衣子の記憶を再解釈、異なる文化、視点を与えながら、景色の中に20SSの新作のファブリックを潜ませるなど、日常に潜む風景に非現実性を取り込む事で全く新たなストーリーを作り出しました。

作品はアーティストの手によってコラージュやペイント(もしくはその両方)が施され、現実を捉えたイメージに質感を伴う優美なフィクションの要素を与えます。
