‘あたりまえ’ と思ってしまうことが一番人をダメにすると思う。家族や自分自身が健康でいること、友達が居てくれること、誰かに愛されること、誰かを愛せれること、ご飯を食べられること、安全に暮らせる場所があること。。リストはエンドレスだけど、なに一つ ’あたりまえ’ なんてない。
それを一瞬でも忘れない。日頃の感謝とその気持ちを伝える ‘ありがとう’ はなによりも大事で一番本当の幸せという物を生み出すと方法だと思う。

Never, EVER take anything for granted. Because nothing is ever really guaranteed. For you and your family to be healthy, to have good friends around you, to be Loved, to be able to Love someone, to be able to eat, to have a roof over your head.. the list is endless but I never, for one minute forget this. And I think it is so important, if not the most important thing to really see this and be grateful each day for everything that you do have, and be able to take the time to say ‘Thank you’ to those around you who help make your life just that bit better.
