In the new year, we'll be hosting a special 3-day-only kaiseki afternoon tea that includes 8 luxurious dishes like sweet red bean soup, temarizushi, and caviar. Hiroki Nakanishi, a Japanese confectionary expert certified by the Japan Wagashi Association and chef at famed shop KITAYA Rokunin-shu, will be on hand to craft each guest a Shangri-La original sweet titled Hatsuhi no De or 'the first sunrise of the year.'
