Ginseng Tea,
somehow keeping up with drinking this,
ingredients are
ginseng and Chinese date and ginger.

It’s gonna be chilly from now on
so I’d like to continue this
a bit more.

In fact we had the heater on from last night HaHa
But
I guess it was a right choice.
It was cold during night and even early morning...
Well
when the weather becomes chilly the air becomes crispy cold and feels good.

高麗人参茶、
何気に続いてます、
これは
高麗人参とナツメと生姜はいってます。

これから寒くなるので
もう少し
続けたいなと思ってます。

実は昨晩からヒーターつけました笑笑
でも
正解だったかも、
夜も明け方も寒かった、、
しかし
寒くなると空気がピリッと冷えて
気持ちがいいですね。
