so myself normally being able to sleep easily
is having a hard time going to sleep

and can’t sleep tight.

When your sympathetic nerve is dominant
what can help to go to sleep fast?

I took a bath in the tub
had massage,
however
too excited
hmm.
This time’s “OEDIPUS” is a continual struggle, even after the play is over Ha-ha

なかなか大変なお芝居なので
寝付きのいい私が中々眠れないという
事が起こってまして

睡眠も深くない感じ？

交感神経が優位な時

早く寝るには何が良いかな、

風呂も入ってます
マッサージもしてます、
なのに
興奮して
中々
今回のオイディプスは終演後も戦いです笑笑
