これぞまさにズボラ飯！「生ツナカルボ丼」
ツナの缶の中で材料混ぜるだけ！
こんな手抜きでもカルボナーラ味の激ウマ飯の完成

Tuna Carbonara Rice （材料：２人分）
・ツナ缶　1缶
・卵黄　1個
・チューブにんにく 適量
・しょうゆ　適量
・粉チーズ　適量 （作り方）
1.ツナ缶に卵黄、粉チーズ、醤油、チューブにんにくを入れて混ぜる。

Too lazy to cook? This recipe is just for you, Tuna Carbonara Rice! You don't need any pot or bowl, just mix ingredients in the can of the canned tuna, and put on the rice, done!
In a can of tuna (drained), mix an egg yolk, some grated cheese, soy sauce, and tubed garlic. Put on the rice. Enjoy!
