Here is a message from our Hiroshima local guide, Yuji. “Hi, I’m Yuji! I was born and raised in Hiroshima and have heard a lot about the war experience from my mom and grand parents, which makes me commit myself to world peace. We released this Hiroshima Peace tour not only to share some sad and moving stories but also to let you know how we recovered from such a tragic situation. In this tour, we will guide you not only to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park but also to some local preserve scenes of atomic bomb by walk. After that, we will take you to Orizuru Tower to make a paper crane, which has a special meaning in Japan, “Praying for Peace”. So, if you’re interested, don’t hesitate! It would be great if we can introduce to you our beautiful hometown, Hiroshima :)”

amar__dash Hi everyone, I went on this tour in May and it was both extremely interesting, but also very humbling and thought-provoking. It is incredible to see destruction that was caused and now look around and see how the city has been rebuilt. I will definitely do this tour again when I return to Hiroshima, and Yuji was a really great guide. This is one of the best tours I have been on Japan
