This crazy beautiful quilt may have been inspired by the newly popular “crazy patchwork” style in the late-1800s. 🧵
Nancy W. Rutherford cut hundreds of curling wedge-shaped pieces and then painstakingly hand-stitched them together to create this quilt for her daughter. ✂️ The display of this quilt was made possible with the generous support of Pete and Linda Claussen.
