When the Shiseido Cosmetics Section opened its doors in 1916, and the production and sales of cosmetics was just shifting into full gear, our first president #ShinzoFukuhara was especially putting his energies into the world of perfume. The creation of the highest quality products on his mind, he pursued the fashioning of perfumes with not only a beautiful fragrance, but also with rich bottles under the mantra: "I want to enhance and elevate ‘fragrance’ to the level of an art."
